Sony Ericsson Android Tutorials (with app)
We already know that Sony Ericsson like Android and it’s good to see them trying to make their own mark on it with things like Timescape and Mediascape but now they’re starting to go the extra mile by providing tutorials to help others create things for Android too! Recently the Sony Ericsson Development Blog posted the first part of their single finger zoom tutorial and followed that up today with a 3D list tutorial . Make no mistake these are not just token gestures to showcase what they’ve been up to, there is genuinely useful information for budding Android developers in here with step by step guides and sample code enabling you to learn from SE’s development.

hey huwy.i can help u debrand a w995 cus i hav one myself…well wat do u wanna backup? for sms,contacts and all…use my phone explorer for the file system (FS)….use the A2 uploader to “read” by rightclicking and clicking read on the file u wanna backup….well u wont need a backup cus itz openly available for download at se-nse

Mobilicity announces its Canadian plans, launches in Toronto

HTC Mondrian: HTC’s first Windows Phone 7 device?
Windows Phone 7 was one of the big announcements at this years Mobile World Congress and ever since then we’ve been chomping at the bit to get hands on with Microsoft’s shiny new mobile operating system. Odd, considering we’ve yet to see any official devices that will actually run the operating system! Thankfully, the helpful bunch over at XDA-Developers have been digging through a leaked Windows Phone 7 ROM and unearthed a new device called the HTC Mondrian.

Sony Ericsson confirm HD Video coming to Xperia X10!
Sony Ericsson have confirmed that an update of Apple-like proportions will bring all new functionality to their flagship Xperia X10 Android smartphone , chief amongst these an upgrade to 720p HD Video capture ! Not too long ago, we were told by a Sony Ericsson rep that a “ big update ” would be hitting the X10 in the second half of the year, bringing with it Android v2.1 and support for multi-touch. This latest news, which comes courtesy of Sony Ericsson’s official blog , reveals that Android 2.1has also been confirmed for later this year though unfortunately there is no mention of multi-touch for the touchscreen
