Video: Unofficial firmware update for the Nokia N900
The Maemo-based Nokia N900 has received a firmware update v1.2. The changes included in the new build are major – the device performs faster, scrolling is much smoother, Flash has been updated as well, there is new application organizer, and more.

What HiFi give their verdict on the LE8900, LE7900 and BD570!
The new issue of What Hi-Fi Sound and Vision is out and it comes complete with review of 3 of LG’s newest products. In their Super Test the LE8900 is pitted against similar televisions from Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Sharp and Sony. LG’s LE8900 came through with a 5 star rating and a verdict which reads “As brilliant in action as it is on paper, this is the best LG TV we’ve seen yet” The full Super Test is available here The LE7900 TV was also subjected to the once over from the What Hi-Fi experts and came out with a 4 star rating…

Wave’s Virus Issue Only in Germany
It seems that Samsung just got a major save in the UK –and most of the European region, after it has been announced that the virus scare associated with the Wave smart phone only applies to the handsets that were shipped and sold in Germany. The big announcement comes just about half a day after it was initially reported that the Wave smart phone was confirmed to be carrying a Trojan virus in the micro SD card that was included with the smart phone

Samsung’s Galaxy S Slated for International Launch
While no specific data has been given, it has already been confirmed that the Samsung i9000 Galaxy S Android smart phone will be heading to both the UK and Asia this June. It would not be surprising to know that the device will also be released at the same time in other regions as well. This latest update just popped up recently and is a major bit of good news for Android fans that have been awaiting the next smart phone in the Samsung Galaxy series.
