HTC EVO 4G training begins at Sprint reveals a few surprises
The HTC Unlocked ( EVO 4G) Phone has already turned up in Sprint’s inventory and been approved by the FCC now it looks like there is one more milestone to pass while on its path to store shelves. The last stage the HTC EVO must clear before being released to the public is the Sprint employee training program. While there is still no clear indication of when this new device will be released these training materials do reveal some new details about the HTC EVO. According to the announcement to Sprint employees regarding this straining it appears that anyone who purchases this new smartphone will also have to sign up for special “plans designed for the HTC EVO 4G.” Details on these plans are not mentioned so we will have to wait a little longer to see what these entail. Also, the training materials make mention of both Sprint Navigation and Google Navigation being present on the device. The mobile hotspot feature will support both WEP and WPA encryption. Plus the handset will include an FM radio. With not too much information surrounding the Unlocked HTC phone ( EVO 4G) available this training manual of sorts for Sprint employees helps shed some additional light on the upcoming phone. We received further confirmation regarding several features that are expected to be included with the phone. Also, we learned that a special pricing plan will be needed when purchasing this new phone. Hopefully these plans will not be significantly higher than current Sprint phone plans. However, with all of the features this phone expects to have plus the ultra fast 4G network it might be worth it to shell out a few extra bucks each month for that added speed when searching online or watching streaming video from you mobile phone
