Best Buy joining Apple in iPhone 4 pre-orders tomorrow

iPhone 4 smartphone Photo: Robert Scoble Best Buy is getting in on the iPhone 4 groove by announcing their pre-sale which begins tomorrow.  That’s June 15th, which so happens to be the same day you can pre-order from Apple.  iPhone 4 deliveries are set for June 24th.  These dates are the same that Apple announced, so no big surprise here.  Best Buy is eager to remind everyone in case they some how forgot in that time gap between reading about the iPhone 4’s features, watching hands-on iPhone 4 videos, voting for the iPhone 4 as the best thing ever, and having iPhone 4 dreams at night. Here’ s a snippet from their press release to show just how excited they are: “Offering the iPhone 4 to consumers is just the latest example of how Best Buy Mobile has become the place to go for the best smartphones.

Jivox Raises 4 Million $ From Helion & Opus

Online video advertising market seems to be hotting up each day. There are two key players that are playing an aggressive game in the Indian market and one of them is Jivox. Jivox has raised another round of financing from investors like Helion Ventures and Opus Capital to the tune of 4 million $ or 18 crores.

Nokia’s Leaked Roadmap SHows N9, E7, X7 and an entirely new Series

iPhone 4 is a piece of Liberal Art with tons of Patents

Found this really interesting write up about iPhone 4 on PatentlyApple . iPhone’s gasket that the manufacturing process utilizes liquid metal so as to avoid gaps or spaces between the glass and metal members and Apple uses alloys with liquid atomic structures. Basically, most consumers really don’t care about how the sexy new iPhone is made; they just want to be able to enjoy buying this stunningly crafted device called the iPhone 4 and get out there and start flashing it in the face of their friends who are sad owners of the thick-brick Android or even the butt ugly Android.

iPhone 4 Hits all Five UK Networks

The iPhone 4 was announced on Monday, and will be available to buy in just two weeks time. And for consumers in the UK, the good news this week is following the announcement of the release date, availability of Apple’s new handset has been confirmed for all five main UK networks. O2, the network who originally brought the iPhone to the UK will be carrying the handset, as will Orange and Vodafone who were the first networks to break O2’s exclusive iPhone deal
