can bsnl reduce speed of perticuler number?
hi i m a happy user of evdo my average download is 10 to 15 gb per month.i m from rajkot (gujarat).last month i downloaded 29 gb and from 1st of may i only getting 700 to 800 kbps otherwise i generally get 1.2mbps to 1.6 mbps when downloadin with rapidleech sites or mediafire with use of download manager.from date of purchse if i directly download from rs or hotfile i never go past of 200 or 300 kbps.so i use rapidleech sites.now my question is if anyone download heavily during a month.can bsnl limit speed of that perticuler device or user? anyone here who face similer problem?
