Apple takes throne as biggest American phone company

Nokia X2 Review
With all the attention focussed on the Nokia N8 announced this week, Nokia sneaked out another new handset, the Nokia X2. Sony Ericsson Elm Unboxing video
The Sony Ericsson Elm is from their ‘Greenheart’ range which means it is eco friendly being made from recycled plastics etc. Not being a top end device I really don’t know much about the Elm but I don’t imagine there is that much to know. Apple is now the 3rd largest seller globally in the Smartphone space
Smartphones have surged by 50% globally from a year ago. It grew from 35.9 million units in the year ago quarter to 54 million units in the first quarter of 2010, the strongest growth rate in several years, reports AppleInsider . MarketWatch said smartphones now make up 18% of all mobile phone sales.
